The above-mentioned Tuition fees is based on the Provisional Order of the Fee Regulatory Committee.
As per the FRC rules, the Term Fees include Library, Laboratory, Sports Activities Fees, etc

A) Tuition Fees are to be paid in 4 installments by PDC in the name of ‘DIVYA JYOT SCHOOL’ as per the following dates: 5 th April 2025, 5th June 2025, 5th September 2025, 5th December 2025.

B) Term Fees are to be paid in 2 installments by PDC in the name of ‘SHANTABA EDUCATION TRUST’ as per the following dates: 5 th April 2025 and 5th September 2025.

C) For all new admissions, One-time Admission / Registration Fees are payable.

D) Please write the full name of your child, Std. (of year 2025-26) and your phone number clearly on the backside of all the cheques.

E) Late Fee of Rs.20/- per day will be charged from due dates.

F) In case of a cheque being returned by the bank for any reason, a re-processing charge of Rs. 500/- + Rs.20/- per day will be applicable. The returned cheque will not be presented in bank again from school.

G) Charges for Uniform, Books, Transportation, External Examinations, Annual function, Excursions will be extra.

h) Annual Increment in Fees will be approximately in the range of 5% to 10%

Sibling Benefit:

A special discount of Rs. 2500/- (two thousand five hundred) is provided for younger siblings studying in Divya Jyot School. This is applicable from the second year of the admission in Divya Jyot. To avail this, benefit all fees must be paid on-time.

Note: This benefit is ONLY APPLICABLE FOR SIBLING (REAL BROTHER & SISTER) when both are studying between Jr. Kg to Std 10. (Not applicable for Std XI or XII). This benefit is Not applicable for cousin or anyone else.

Transport Facility:

Parents who wish to avail School Transport facility for their ward need to contact the Transport Manager to confirm the same and submit Transport Request Form along with cheques for Transportation Charges.

Fees Refund Policy

A) Admission / Registration Fees are NON- REFUNDABLE.

B) If Admission is withdrawn before 15th February 2025, amount paid towards Tuition Fee will be refunded.

C) If Admission is withdrawn between 15th February 2025 to 01st April 2025, the Registration fees & the 1 st Qtr Fees will not be refunded.

D) If Admission is withdrawn after the commencement of academic year, 3 months Term fees and Tuition Fees from the date of the Withdrawal Application is to be paid.

E) Leaving / Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearing all dues as per this clause.

F) Refund of Fees if applicable will be processed within 60 days after the withdrawal application is approved along with valid bank details of the parent & their ID proof.
